I'm 46, a teenager mom and a startup founder living in Boston. Recently I started noticing symptoms like brain fog, fatigue around 5 PM and low energy during the rest of the day. I have hypothyroidism and check hormones regularly with my endocrinologist. I am relatively active — do strength trainings 2–3 times per week, run 2+ times per week 3–5 km, try to eat balanced food and drink less than 2 glasses of wine weekly. My goal is to stay energetic and active in order to support myself during hard times as a founder and mom. What kind of system you could build in order for me to achieve my goals?

Thanks for the full picture — that's a lot to juggle, and it makes sense you want energy you can count on. Since you're already working with your endocrinologist on hormones, that's the right place to flag the brain fog and 5pm crash too.

Here's the system I'd build for you: a daily check-in on energy and mood (a quick 1–10), sleep quality, and meals and wine — plus your strength and running days, since training affects recovery. We'll watch that afternoon dip specifically: lunch timing, sleep the night before, or training load. Small, doable — not another job on your plate.

Wellbeing reality gap

You're not a preset. Your wellbeing app shouldn't be one either.

Other apps hand you a fixed routine, a fixed dashboard, a fixed idea of what "wellness" looks like. But after 35, life is layered — hormones shift, sleep gets complicated, energy isn't linear, and what worked in your twenties doesn't.

Perimenopause is your body writing new rules. New rules call for new habits. New routines. And that means a whole new system. With Axis X you can build your own.

You describe your life — by voice or by text. Axis X builds your own AI wellbeing assistant: daily routines, training and supplement starting points, the journal, the experiments, and live dashboards that follow what matters. All shaped to your life. And yeah — it evolves as you do.

What people ask us to help with
  • 1"Sync my cycle so PMS doesn't keep blindsiding me."
  • 2"I want to understand my sleep."
  • 3"Build me a weekly plan we follow together."
  • 4"Track symptoms, hormones, and medications together."
  • 5"Pull all my readings from every device into one place."
  • 6"Upload my test results and use them in my system."
How it works

Three steps. 90 seconds to start.

No 30-field setup forms. No spreadsheets. No rigid routine. Just a conversation.

1

Describe your life — voice or text

Where you are, where you want to go, and any chronic or medical conditions you're managing. 90 seconds of talking (or typing) is enough to start.

2

Axis X builds your system

A wellbeing system shaped to you: daily routines, starting points for training and supplements, and live dashboards pulling from Apple Health, your cycle, your calendar, even a PDF lab result.

3

Follow it. Evolve it. Together.

Every Sunday: a recap and a small plan for the week ahead. Tweak by chat, swap routines, run experiments. The system keeps growing with you.

Everything in one place

Pick what fits. Skip what doesn't.

Turn features on, configure them, or switch them off anytime. Start with one. Add more when you're ready.

How Axis X adapts to you

Four ways Axis X can show up for you.

In a 30-second setup, Axis X learns whether you want a calm data partner, a curious explorer, a gentle scaffolder, or a rigorous analyst. Change it anytime.

"Just give me the numbers"

For the spreadsheet-in-her-head

You know what you want to track. Axis X stays out of the way, surfaces clean trend summaries, and waits for your lead.

"I just want to figure this out"

For the curious investigator

You like to wonder. Axis X asks "what if?" out loud, proposes small experiments, and never prescribes.

"I've tried so many apps…"

For the gentle restart

Too much, too fast, too many notifications. Axis X gives you one small thing at a time and celebrates showing up.

"Connect the dots for me"

For the deep pattern-spotter

You want to see how cycle, sleep, food, and hormones interact. Axis X joins you in that analysis — carefully, with the right caveats, never as a doctor's substitute.

Your data, your rules

Built with privacy at the very center.

Health data is among the most personal data you have. We designed Axis X so you're always in control.

Encrypted in transit and at rest

Your Profile Graph, journal entries, and uploads are encrypted on the way to our servers and while stored there. Access is role-based, need-to-know, and audit-logged.

Voice stays on your phone

Voice notes are transcribed and then deleted from your device — we never store audio. Only the text is used to build your system.

Export or delete anytime

One tap to export everything you've tracked. One tap to delete your account and all associated data.

Questions

Things people ask us.

If your question isn't here, ask Axis X inside the app — it'll tell you or log it so we can answer.

What can I actually track with Axis X?

You don't pick a preset routine. You tell Axis X what you want to understand — sleep, energy, symptoms, food, stress, hormones, medications — and it sets up the right trackers, a journal, a weekly recap, small experiments, and gentle reminders. Start with one thing. Add, change, or remove anything, anytime.

Do I have to count calories?

No. Calorie counting stops most people before they start, and it isn't how Axis X works. Snap a meal photo or describe it in a sentence — Axis X logs what's relevant for your goals (protein, sugar, water, mealtime) without making you do math.

Does Axis X sync with my cycle?

Yes. Axis X tracks cycle phase, factors hormones into your patterns, and quietly nudges you the week before PMS so you can take it easier on yourself. If you're peri- or post-menopausal, it adapts — there's no "default cycle" assumption.

Does it use my age and health history?

If you want it to. Axis X can use your age, what you've already tried, and any history you share to focus on what's most relevant for the 35+ life. Anything you share stays private to your Profile and is never used for ads or sold.

Do I have to plan everything myself?

No. You can pick a ready-made plan to start, write your own, or skip planning entirely and just track. Each Sunday Axis X offers a small plan for the week ahead — accept it, change it, or ignore it. The point is that the system fits you.

Can I tell Axis X about chronic conditions or medications?

Yes — and the more you share, the more precise the assistant Axis X builds. Chronic conditions, medications, dietary needs, lifestyle constraints all shape your routines and dashboards. Anything you share stays private to your account. Never sold, never used for ads.

Will Axis X recommend supplements or training plans?

Axis X offers starting suggestions for movement, training, and supplements based on what you've described and what's worked for women in similar situations. They are not medical advice. Always run new supplements, medications, or significant exercise changes by your doctor.

Is this a medical product?

No. Axis X is a wellbeing app, not a medical device. It doesn't diagnose, treat, or give medical advice. Any health insight is surfaced as an observation, not a conclusion — with a clear disclaimer. For anything medical, talk to a qualified professional.

How is my data protected?

Your data is encrypted, stored on secure infrastructure, and never sold. You can export everything you've tracked, or delete your account and all associated data, at any time — right from settings.

What does it cost?

Axis X is free to download and use at launch, and it will stay free throughout the beta. We plan to introduce an optional paid subscription later; what it includes and what it costs will be announced in the app and by email before anything changes, and any subscription will be cancellable at any time in your iOS Settings. Waitlist members will be the first to know.

Which iOS versions are supported?

Axis X runs on iOS 16 and later, on iPhone and iPad. An Apple Watch companion is on the roadmap.

Is there an Android app?

Not yet. We're focused on making the iOS experience great first. You can join the Android waitlist from inside the app.

What if Axis X can't do what I'm asking?

If you ask for something that doesn't exist yet, Axis X will suggest the closest working option and log your request for us to review. Every unmet ask shapes what we build next.

A few weeks from now, you could finally see what's draining your energy.
